Hotel Pedranzini is located at Piazza Magliavaca 5, that is, in the historic little square of Santa Caterina Valfurva, just 50 meters from the ski lifts, Nordic ski slope and ski school.
Just a few meters away you will also find the bus stop for the bus to Bormio and the bus stop for the bus to the Milan airports of Linate and Malpensa.

BY CAR
From Milan: Tangenziale Nord, exit Cinisello Balsamo; freeway to Lecco to Colico; SS 38 to Sondrio, Tirano, Bormio, Santa Caterina.
From Brescia: Auto strada A4 exit Brescia Ovest direction Lago d’Iseo; SS42 Breno, Edolo; SS39 to Aprica , Tirano; SS 38 to Bormio; once in Bormio continue to Santa Caterina.
From the north: From St. Moritz, Bernina Pass, Forcola Pass, Livigno, Bormio, Santa Caterina. (passable in the summer months.) From St .Moritz, Bernina Pass, Tirano, Bormio, Santa Caterina. Gavia Pass (from Brescia province – Ponte di Legno) leading to Santa Caterina Valfurva.
Stelvio Pass 2750mt (from Bolzano province) with descent to Bormio – From Santa Maria (Italian-Swiss border) continue to S. Maria Pass – Umbrail pass 2500mt connecting.
IMPORTANT: Stelvio Pass and Gavia Pass are closed during the winter season.
BY TRAIN
The Milano – Lecco – Sondrio – Tirano railway line serves the area. Direct trains take about 2 hours 30 minutes from Milan to Tirano. See timetables at www.trenitalia.it.
From Tirano you can continue by buses to Bormio. Timetables at www.busperego.com
From St. Moritz in Switzerland, you can take the Rhaetian Railway to the terminus in Tirano and from there buses to Bormio and then Santa Caterina.

A convenient transfer will take you from Bergamo/Orio al Serio and Milan/Malpensa airports to the foot of the S. Caterina ski slopes. For tourists arriving at these airports, groups or individual travelers, a direct bus service to S. Caterina is available. It is mandatory to make reservations at least 3 days before the scheduled departure.
