Summer
The Chalet has two large gardens, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful summer days. Surrounded by greenery, it offers an oasis of tranquillity and contact with nature, and is the ideal place for a regenerating holiday in the mountains.
Winter
Guests love the indoor garage (for a fee) and the closed ski storage room with boot warmers. Winter highlights: - opposite the cross-country skiing track - 700 m from the gondola lift at the start of the village - 300 m from the new chairlift (scheduled to open winter 2024-2025)

From what time is it possible to enter the flat on the day of check in?
Apartments are usually available from 3 p.m., sometimes even earlier.
Check in is at the Hotel Pedranzini, where after registering your documents and paying the balance of your stay, you will be accompanied to the Chalet.
Is the flat complete with bed linen and crockery?
Yes, of course. In the flat you will find bed linen and towels and the necessary crockery/pans.
How far is it from the Hotel Pedranzini, the ski lifts and thenearest grocery shop?
We are about 400 metres from the Hotel and the nearest grocery shop
The ski lifts are about 900 metres away, and there is also an excellent butcher’s shop nearby.
The cross-country skiing track is right in front of the Chalet.
Is it possible to dine at the Hotel?
Certainly, with the Apart-Hotel formula, you have the possibility to have all your meals: breakfast, lunch and dinner at the Hotel Pedranzini at a special price.
There is also the possibility to order take-away meals.
Do the flats have Wi-Fi connection?
Certainly! Wi-Fi is available free of charge in all flats.
Are animals allowed?
We accept small animals at an extra charge of €. 15.00 per day
Is there an extra charge for adding cots and high chairs for children in the flats?
Baby beds and high chairs are available free of charge on request.
Is there a ski and/or bicycle storage service?
Yes, we have a ski room with a wall-mounted boot dryer and a bike room.
Does the hotel have a private car park?
At our facility, you have free parking outside or in the garage, upon reservation, at an extra cost of €. 15.00 per day.
Are there agreements for hiring skis and boots?
Yes, we have an agreement with a ski hire shop in the village for the hire of sports equipment.
Are there agreements with spas?
It is possible to access the QC Terme Bagni di Bormio centre, upon booking and at special rates from Monday to Thursday (inclusive)
